1. 商品说明
Telegram Stars 是面向指定 Telegram 账号的数字充值类服务。用户可以选择页面展示的默认数量，或填写 50 的倍数作为自定义数量。
本站当前按每 50 颗 Stars 0.90 美元计价。最终订单金额以结账页面创建账单时显示的金额为准。
2. 账号要求
下单时必须填写正确的 Telegram 用户名。Telegram 用户名可以带或不带 @，但用户名本身只能包含英文字母、数字和下划线，长度为 5 到 32 位。
如果账号不存在、用户名填写错误、账号受限、隐私设置或第三方平台限制导致无法接收 Stars，订单可能延迟或需要人工处理。
3. 数量规则
Stars 数量必须是 50 的倍数，最低 50 颗。系统会按用户选择或填写的数量生成对应订单名称和付款金额。
如果用户提交的数量不符合规则，系统会拒绝创建付款账单。
4. 付款规则
本站支持页面展示的加密货币网络和代币。付款前请确认网络、代币、金额和收款地址完全一致。
付款后必须提交交易 ID，用于匹配订单和确认到账。金额不一致、网络错误、地址错误或交易 ID 错误可能导致订单进入人工审核。
5. 交付与退款
付款确认后，订单通常会进入人工或自动处理流程。具体到账时间可能受 Telegram 平台、供货渠道、账号状态、网络确认速度和风控审核影响。
数字商品一旦开始处理，通常不支持无理由退款。如果服务无法交付、重复付款、金额异常或客服确认存在可退款情况，DDMYL 会根据实际情况处理。
6. 用户责任
用户需要确保下单账号属于自己或已获得账号持有人许可，并遵守当地法律法规、Telegram 的条款和相关平台规则。
用户不得使用本站提交欺诈订单、盗用账号、冒充他人、洗钱、攻击服务或绕过第三方平台风控。

1. Product Description
Telegram Stars is a digital top-up service for a specified Telegram account. Users may select the default quantities shown on the site or enter a custom quantity in multiples of 50.
The current price is 0.90 USD per 50 Stars. The final order amount is the amount shown when the payment invoice is created during checkout.
2. Account Requirements
You must enter the correct Telegram username when placing an order. The username may include or omit @, but the username itself may contain only letters, numbers, and underscores, with a length of 5 to 32 characters.
If the account does not exist, the username is wrong, the account is restricted, privacy settings block delivery, or a third-party channel restriction prevents receiving Stars, the order may be delayed or require manual handling.
3. Quantity Rules
The Stars quantity must be a multiple of 50, with a minimum of 50 Stars. The system creates the order name and payment amount from the selected or entered quantity.
If the submitted quantity does not match these rules, the system will reject payment invoice creation.
4. Payment Rules
The site supports the crypto networks and tokens shown during checkout. Before paying, confirm that the network, token, amount, and receiving address exactly match.
After payment, you must submit the transaction ID so the order can be matched and confirmed. Wrong amount, wrong network, wrong address, or wrong transaction ID may cause manual review.
5. Delivery And Refunds
After payment confirmation, the order usually enters a manual or automated processing flow. Delivery time may be affected by Telegram, supply channels, account status, network confirmation speed, and risk review.
Once a digital product begins processing, refunds are generally not provided without reason. If delivery fails, duplicate payment occurs, the amount is abnormal, or support confirms a refundable exception, DDMYL will handle it according to the actual case.
6. User Responsibility
You must make sure the account belongs to you or that you have permission from the account holder, and you must follow applicable laws, Telegram terms, and relevant platform rules.
You may not use this site for fraudulent orders, account theft, impersonation, money laundering, service attacks, or attempts to bypass third-party risk controls.
